Four Way Traffic DetectorFour way traffic detection with red power LED indicates"PD1, PD2" CH, CH2, CH3, CH4. Detecting LED continuously on and indicates vehicle detection. when four-way traffic detection red light blinking slowly and indicates loop is short circuital the number of twists after the loop is not enough. Blinking fast indicates four-way traffic detector loop is an open circuit or too many twists after the loop. traffic detector four channel sensitivity setting. if you choose to switch1 and CH1 then you choose DIP7 and DIP8 ON. then the sensitivity is very high. if DIP7 turn on and DIP8 turn-off. then the sensitivity level was medium high. if DIP7 turn-off and DIP8 turn-off. then the sensitivity level was very low. Because it will detect more accurate. please noted that must be reset every time a setting changes is made to the Dip switches.
Traffic detector four way channel is sealed using a quick-set black epoxy compound or not bitumen mastic to blend with the roadway surface. if you choose loop perimeter was 3-4 meter. then cylinder number was 6. if the loop perimeter was 4-6 meter. then cylinder numbers were 5. if the loop perimeter was 10-20meter. then cylinder numbers were 4. if the loop perimeter over 20 meters. then cylinder was 2. about some troubleshooting of four channel traffic loop detector. we will provide differently solution. if the four way traffic detection not working. please press reset number. if red led indicators is not fully lit. please check for power supply and see it whether stable. if the green led indicator blinks very slowly. It may be the four way traffic detector is a short circuit or the no of turns is not enough. If the green led indicator blinks very faster. it may be the loop is open or the no: of turns is too many. If on: of turns is not enough. then you need to lower the frequency. ( if the frequency is still too high, you must add more turns) if no: of turns is too many. higher the frequency ( if the frequency is still too low, you must remove some turns).
